Apparently the workers here don’t care ..we ordered twice and orders were messed up. Do they not read here .. The presentation was also sloppy .Not acceptable . This is frustrating we also waited a long time for orders. Please get new staff this location will not be getting my money anymore smh . A whole mess . This was really ghetto smh . I didn’t know it was that hard to read orders and please customers !!! Also in the pic why would you serve the bottom of the lettuce this can’t be serious …and this is sloppy all over the place smh this was supposed to be a salad bowl . The two ladies today that served me and my daughter were absolutely wonderful! By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Give them a promotion or a rise they deserve it! They were so nice an welcoming made sure my orders were all correct ( I ordered a lot).

My daughter and I bought lunch here today. The Queso was like soup (I didn’t notice when she was filling the little cup). They didn’t have any VEGETABLES…HOW CRAZY WITH A MARKET IN THE SAME AREA!! This location is definitely going down. The drink station is filthy and soaking wet. The young ladies working were pleasant but the restaurant is trash!! I will never come to this location again!!!

The other day there wasn’t any food ready and it was lunchtime. I noticed the people in line patiently waiting as though this is typical here. I decided to bypass the food line and just get a drink. After waiting a long time at the register, I was rung up. I went to get my drink and there was no ice, and no one to tell or help. I left with my tepid soda. Staff was unfriendly and indifferent to their incompetence. This place has never recovered from Covid changes. Please retrain or replace staff. Chipotle is such a good get for this area; I don’t want it to fail.

Asked for chicken soft tacos, and was prepared two instead of typical 3 (thankfully, I therefore only paid for 2 vs 3) but being new there didnt know 3 was the standard until everything was prepared and too late to add the 3rd. Food flavor was great. Would eat there again.

The absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. This is now the third time I have been here where they are only taking online orders due to some sort of issue. It took over 40 minutes to get our food that was missing guacamole and queso. The worst part was that I found a large piece of plastic in my bowl that was melted into some of the food. Absolutely disgusting and the last time I will be eating at this chipotle!

This is the worst chipotle ever. As many others stated never come here. I made an online order and it was suppose to be ready at 7:50. I walked in to find 10 other people waiting around the pickup corner with no chipotle employee in sight!! I waited over 30 minutes and finally just walked out. The food station was a complete mess with unfinished food everywhere and no other employee knew what to do. Corporate needs to get involved!

Food was cold and horrible. Asked for a burrito BOWEL and got a wrapped up opened tortilla with extra rice, beans, and Lettuce in the side. NOTHING close to what I wanted. They didn’t have any sour cream, cheese, guacamole or corn salsa ,and chicken was under cooked. First time at this location and will be my last !
