I love Pulp, but this location is terrible. Most of the employees are rude and seem to dislike people and their jobs. Be ready to wait a minimum of 15 minutes for one smoothie, even if you’re the only person in the store. I come to this location often because it’s the closest to my home, but it’s subpar from the others. I will say I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the smoothies, but it’s clear that training is lacking across the board.

Ok me and my mom an sisters came here , the heavy set white lady is extremely rude. The young black girl is amazing and always does an amazing job making our smoothies. That’s why it bothered me seeing her getting treated so rudely by the heavy set lady. My advice to her get out now.

Smoothie was good but the service was super slow. There were 2 other people ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get my order. Maybe that’s the norm but I wonder why the other person there wasn’t helping out. Seems to me that if you have a backlog of people that the other person would help but she didn’t.

Always a long wait… and always get a weird vibe from the pulp employees… They served everyone before me today, people who came in after me and ordered more than I did. I waited 30 minutes for two smoothies and there was 4 people working. The last time we got pulp here the same thing happened to my husband. I’m handicap with a bad hip and can’t stand / sit for very long. I almost asked for a refund… This pulp should teach their employees to serve everyone equally.

This pulp is horrible. The wait times are ridiculous for a smoothie. Last order I went online thinking it would help prevent a long wait, and I still waited 20 minutes in the lobby after the order was placed 20 minutes prior to that. Waiting 40 minutes for a smoothie is horrible. The workers are rude and unfriendly. Will not be going back to that pulp for sure.

The issue with the drinks and food, depending on who makes it, they have new people starting often and they aren’t blending the smoothies well and they don’t taste the same, then I ordered the bowl and kept stirring around and I found a piece of lettuce. I called the store and the guy just stated OK, didn’t apologize or anything just said ok

My husband and I go to Pulp regularly. We stopped in with our kids and all of us ordered drinks. The drinks do not taste the same as we normally have. There was too much whey in my husbands and my drink does not taste like the usual Island Cruiser. My husband and I both threw our drinks out. My kids were very liquidy. People who were waiting when we arrived were still waiting when we left. This is not a good representation of Pulp. We will not be going back.
