I have never had such bad service in my life the food was like something you might find in the dumpster. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, than got home to find one had two bottom buns neither had any sauce and one was supposed to be spicy. No Mayo no pickles., the breast was so thin and dry I was afraid it blow away. So I went back with food in hand and I wanted a refund. I got the window slammed in my face. The story just gets better and better. Just use your imagination.

First visit to this location, it made me laugh at how much room there was behind the counter, just, so much unused space, it had to have previously been a combo fast food place, but, went there to get some popcorn chicken! They don’t sell it anymore. Super disappointing. The cashier and I were talking about it, and she told me they pretty much gave up on popcorn chicken, and just started selling nuggets, so, I got some nuggets, and oh boy, would rather have had the popcorn of chicken. Nothing wrong with the nuggets, I’ve just always gone with popcorn. Aw well, service and food was wonderful stilln

I don’t blame staff, I blame owners and management. Having your cook leave early so you can’t make anything fresh for your customers is unacceptable. Went over at 8pm asked for extra crispy but the cook already left so staff explained they were not able to cook anything.

These people never answer there phone for complaints. I bought 8 piece original and asked for only dark meat. They gave me 4 crispy leg pieces and the rest original. I called to complaint but of course no one answered.

So I took my little one out to eat before going out to a movie we walk In and it was just very unwelcoming no smile not nothing we got our food and it was ok its just the fries tasted like fish then my little one need the bathroom I called for someone it took them a minute to even open the door but hey I won’t be coming back to this location

Was very disappointed with the meal I ordered since the night before we had ordered the same meal from the KFC in Bernalillo I had to drive 40 miles home and when we arrived home we still had a hot great tender chicken meal was the best chicken we’ve ever had we got the smokey Mountain barbecue tenders. I went tonight after work thinking I would get the same thing from the KFC by my home Which is less than 5 minutes away that is not what happened I got six pieces barbecued rawhide. Look I know these things happen my husband works in the fast food industry I called and I was greeted with a hey when this person answered the phone and I asked if I could just come and pick up some new tenders and I was informed we’re out of chicken tenders you’d have to come back tomorrow well that’s not going to work for me cuz I work tomorrow I was trying to get that out of my mouth when I was rudely hung up on I called back several times and I kept getting hung up on they would stay on the line for about 20 30 seconds and listen to me cuz by this time I was angry and told them I really need to speak to someone and then they would just hang up. I ended up calling the closest Kentucky Fried Chicken where when they answered the phone I was greeted with good evening this is Kentucky Fried Chicken would you like to place an order much different than hey since I couldn’t speak to anybody at that store I went ahead and spoke to the assistant manager at the other store who told me that she would speak to the corporate manager. Ken’s out that someone I knew new someone working there and called and then just what all of it sudden chicken tenders appeared and we’re made fresh amazing! this does not make me feel any better it should have never happened this way to begin with I’m sure Kentucky Fried Chicken does not want customer service this way it’s what differentiates a good business and exceptional business and this particular restaurant is neither there’s another one a few miles down I would recommend going there

If you get the urge for KFC for the love of god do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We’ve been here for 30 minutes and they just started making our food after they forgot and cancelled our order out of the system. While we were waiting they messed up like 2 other people’s orders. It would be kinda ok but the exact same thing happened last time I came here. Why do I do this to myself. I guess I like to give businesses a second chance. Restaurants on this side of town are just a joke.

Avoid this place, after hours on the road we stopped here I love KFC. While my wife was ordering I asked to use the restroom as they were locked. Told no way, until we had eaten our meal completely. I am sure you know what it is like after being on the road. Thank goodness my wife had not payed yet, I asked them if they wanted us to eat some where else. They said yes we do. And was very rude about it.
