To the owner: Your servers represent your Food & Restaurant. It might be wise to higher waitresses/ Waitors who will be a positive reflection of La Fonda. The only rude waitress working this afternoon 8/15/23 had a ugly demeanor. Never brought chips, ice water, or even that matter said hello or welcome to La Fonda. After setting my timer it was 8 mins. And nothing from her. I said Excuse me!! She just kept walking. I mentioned to girl sitting in front. She said sorry. ( Not sure if it was a sincere sorry)?? I left your restaurant & took my $ somewhere else.

A wonderful, consistently good restaurant in Yuma, Arizona. A favorite of locals and visitors alike. My favorite luncheon dish is ‘Enchilada suizas.’ My preference is with red sauce, but either red or green are flavorful with just the right level of spiciness. Other favorites include the Green chili and cheese tamale and Bean and cheese flautas. The La Fonda menu has a wide selection. Ingredients are always fresh, and the salsa and chips are consistently good. If you are planning on lunch, best to arrive a bit early as La Fonda is popular. Their packaged salsa is also available for take out.
