I love this place. Pizza is reasonably priced because I always have a coupon. Not many places have slices close to me, so it works out well. I usually have a free slice coupon. I like the NY-style pizza. Just tried the triple cheese bread–good but pricey. But added it to use my $10 off $20 purchase. The staff has always been helpful despite the turnover. Pizza is not top-notched but for a chain, it is good stuff. I eat here often.

Terrible customer service! My order was delivered incorrect so I called JETS. I was told “That’s door dashes problem”. He hung up on me twice , refused to give his name , but JASON’S name was on my receipt! Whoever answered the phone around 8pm on Friday Jan 6th is a disgrace to JETS! I’ll stick to Chloe place JETS. They would never be this rude & ugly !!! O stars! I only selected 1 to post my review!

I ordered online and they said it would be 50 mins as usual. Driver called me and says can you come and get your order I’m not feeling well. So I go out and he has the wrong order I have to go back he says. 30 mins later still no pizza. So I call and they say we will have to make you another. I say how long is that going to be another hour. She said yes I’m sorry not ok jets pizza!!!! You just lost a customer that has been ordering for 3 hrs bye Plus the pizza was COLD!!!!!
