Heaven Sent
First time here, ordered the Sam burger and fried chicken tots. The burger came with bacon, fried onions and some caramelized onions, fried tots and ketchup. The burger was tasty but not well seasoned. The tots were crispy and not salty. The loaded tot’s came with a spicy sauce, pickled red onions, green onions and crispy fried chicken.

The burgers are the best I’ve had in the area. The tots were good but I’m not the best judge since I’m not usually one to order tots. Parking lot didn’t have a lot of spots but we did get a table inside. It took a while to get our food so I had to take a star off for that. The kitchen looked like it was full of people but they may have been in the middle of a shift change.

My wife and I decided to try the Mess Hall’s vegan burgers for lunch and we were not disappointed! The Vegan Smash Burgers were amazingly delicious and the Vegan Tot Bowl was super yummy with those pickled red onions and the incredible secret sauce! Definitely adding this to our regular rotation from now on!

First time I got to visit since they moved. Had the special burger for Burger week. Absolutely fantastic. Picnic tables outside and inside seating available. You will not be disappointed! Covered tots are also excellent.

Very tasty burger! The four stars are for the crazy wait times…40 – 45 minutes for one burger, with no mods. They only serve 2 or 3 things! It’s a massive cluster around the cash register as people wait for their order. And yes, I know you can call ahead…we did…and still waited over a half-hour (after calling ahead 15 minutes).

Mess Hall is hands down the best SmashBurger in town. Couple of beers on tap and the new location is huge and has plenty of space for seating. Only thing that’s a bummer is the wait time, but that’s just cause its great food and popular. The staff do try to let you know what the wait time will be on a sign as you enter the door though….so really can’t complain.
