What an absolute waste of time going here. Waiting over an hour just to get our appetizer. Our waitress never came to our table to check in with us to see if we needed anything. When the appetizer came out we told the assistant manager that if our food wasn’t ready in 5 minutes we would be leaving. 2 out of 4 meals were awful. We will never ever go back to this restaurant. our waitress Hailey DID Not come to our table to see if we needed anything. We placed our appetizer order about 6:15 and it came out to our table at 6:55. It was then I told the assistant manager how horrible our waitress was and that it took so long to just get the appetizer. Hailey was TOO busy waiting on the table beside us, she never even looked at us. Our drinks were full because all the ice had melted. When the dinner FINALLY came out I took a bite of my fish and chips and it was disgusting . One bite and we had to pay for it. Tiffany YOU never came back to the table to see if anything was okay. Don’t put it on your comments THAT you did. Like I said we will never come back to Big Fish and we let all our family and friends not to go there.

I celebrated my birthday here and the atmosphere was absolutely what we wanted – relaxed, beachy and friendly. The service staff (Cooper and Ty) were especially professional and attentive. The food was very affordable and the quality was amazing. The bartender Cooper made fabulous drinks and made the celebration feel so special. I can’t wait to go again! Excellent. Our party of 7 is not the easiest group, with some dietary restrictions and picky eaters. This is one of the few places where EVERYONE enjoyed there meals. Our server, Karen, was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy. Highly recommended.

First the food was epic.Seafood galore.Extra fresh.But more than that we had a server named LAUREN,who said she’s bin working here for 4 days!!!!
