The ladies that work here are very rude. Even to a little three year old. They wouldn’t even acknowledge us at the counter. I finally just hollered at the pizza maker and asked him if he could make us a small pizza to go. That got messed up too. Gave them a tip anyway just to say…..well you know.

This place rules! I’ve always seen Gino’s all throughout West Virginia everytime I’m down here and I finally stopped at this one located conveniently off the Turnpike. The service was phenomenal only complaint was no dine in. I ordered the Hawaiian Pizza and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back especially to this particular location shoutout to the friendly workers here keep being awesome!

Huh My Experience with Gino’s! My OPINION, Gino’s not to great.. Bluh is the word. I ordered yesterday and the order was 32$ for 2 baked spaghetti. I’ll pass! The last 2 times I’ve ordered Gino’s. It was trash.. Terrible! I wasn’t taking the chance for 32$.. Oceana Gino’s customer service is pretty much the same..

Found the staff exhausted and unable to present even a fair and decent attitude towards the solitary customer in the 15 minutes I sat at the drive up window. Repeated attempts to ask a basic question about the contents of my order were ignored and then answered with irrelevant complaints about being busy. I finally had to ask that the order be cancelled and my money refunded. I made a new order and then drove a few miles to the Harper road store where I had a much better experience. MacArthur has problems. Maybe it’s an exhaustion issue, or maybe an attitude and morale problem. I don’t know. Hopefully they will have it together better next time.
