This place is absolutely delicious! We tried it for the first time the other day and we ordered five individual pizzas because the price is so affordable. Each pizza was absolutely amazing and my favorite has to be between the jalapeno popper and the chicken Alfredo. We will definitely be eating this again soon and it’s a bit dangerous that it’s only 5 minutes away from us because I would eat it nightly. Staff was very friendly and professional, including the little boy that was there.

This is the best pizza in Indy! I just moved back to the city after being gone for 4 years. Most of my old pizza places are gone or quality is downhill. After seeing this on google maps i gave it a try tonight. It is the best pizza ever! Just the presentation and flavors make it seem like whoever cooked it actually enjoys their job. I’m not sure if the deliver or if it is through a 3rd party but i ordered delivery right on the website and it came within 50 minutes on a friday night. Piping hot and in perfect condition. I couldnt even snap a pocture before the family started grabbing at it.

So I’ve been ordering from Cugino’s since they first opened up. My family loves their pizza. The only pizza place Ik with 3XL pizza. But this new lady that took our order over the phone was rude to my husband when he was placing our order last night. To the manager she needs to be placed somewhere else if she has an attitude like that to customers that haven’t done anything or talk no way of disrespect towards her. This is probably one of the dirtiest pizza places I’ve ever stepped into. I never would have ordered anything if I saw the condition of their kitchen first which is completely viewable from the front counter. My pizza was disgusting and was hard to swallow since the cheese was thick like rubber. The wings were okay but too tiny to enjoy. Never again

Today I had a very long day! Well I ended my day ordering cuginos late night! I order here all the time I love this place and the customer service they give is so tremendous. I haven’t had their wings in years and was craving for some. Went in to pick them up and what do u know, I seen a guy using his fingers to move the wings around. He then handed them to another guy who handed them to a cashier, and I told her he was just using his hands. She then asked him and he told her yes but only with the paper. She then told me he didn’t, when I watched him with my own two eye’s use his fingers. No thank you that’s nasty and I won’t be back because why would I lie and I wanted these really bad. Not to mention he was on his cellphone with the other hand with no gloves on or nowhere in site.

Highly recommend getting pizza and breadsticks here. Specifically pepperoni, hawaiian, and veggie individual/small pizzas are excellent. (Have yet to try other toppings/sizes) The crust and sticks are nice and soft. Love the ability to order online, very easy to use vs alternatives. I will say the building and staff aren’t super welcoming, but not a deal breaker. Would love to see more cordial greetings when someone enters the establishment. Also possibly having some music might help with the atmosphere. These are nit picky issues. Overall, top-notch product.
