What is the point of Honolulu Haiwaiian IF YOU DONT ADD PINEAPPLE EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am going to change the store from now. And the ingredients even after extra add on is still like normal or less. Looks like good staffs, act like good service but always get my order wrong. The staffs and my husbAnd checked this before leaving the store and was told the onions are pineapple. This happened way too many times.

joke of a place, picked up 2 pies and both were incorrectly made. would even feed this to an animal let alone myself. manager is a joke who tried to play smart by not giving me the higher ups number to complain. very rude when talking to. never eating here again. absolute disgrace to the pizza industry in general.

We ordered a pizza online and walked in to pick it up. There were 3 or 4 people working behind the counter, and not one bothered greeting me or asked if I need to place an order or anything. They looked right through me as if I wasn’t even there. After several moments of being ignored, I left a d went across the street to Papa Johns and placed an order. I don’t expect 5-star service, but I should not be completely ignored by everyone working there.

Quick service, convenient location, freshly made pizza with good ingredients at affordable prices are the reasons that makes this Domino’s pizza stand out for me as my local goto spot when I need to grab a few quick cheap pizza pies for any occasion. I like using their pizza tracker app which I use to order the pizzas ahead of time for a quick pickup. I did have an issue where the coupon was not properly applied but the pizza maker and checkout guy graciously applied the coupon to my order and provided great service at pickup time. Will definitely go back here again.

This is the worst Domino’s ever. The kids that work there are very rude. They put the wrong toppings on my pizza and when I couldn’t go back pick up the remade pizzas they started blowing up my phone asking me to come and pay for the pizzas that they had initially messed up. I would really want to speak to the manager of that store.

Messed up one of the pizzas I ordered and refused to replace it, only wanted to credit me for the sauce that was missing off the top of the pizza. This place has gone down hill, this is not the first time they have gotten an order incorrect, but this is the first time they refused to fix it. This is supposed to be topped with buffalo sauce.

7/14 Update – Hard to believe they could get worse. Be careful when you pick your pizza toppings. Ordered spinach on a pizza. They put 10 leaves on it. Once heated, looked like grass clippings. Mushrooms are almost none existent. Add they’ve added two new toppings, cheese and another kind of cheese. I’m done with Domino’s. Another company that puts profits over quality. Just say NO!

I’ve been ordering pizzas from the same Dominos store for 5 or 6 years. My last order of 2 pizzas was the worst pizza I have ever ordered from any pizza chain. The crust was okay, but there was so little sauce that you couldn’t see or taste it. There was some cheese, but not much, though 1 pizza was ordered to come with extra cheese. Again, there were so few toppings on the pizzas that my family just stared at them thinking ‘what the heck??’. The pizzas had little to no flavor at all. We ate half of the pizzas because everyone was hungry, and tossed the rest out. I called the store to let them know. The ‘manager’ I spoke with said ‘I’m very sorry’, then terminated the call.
