Would’ve been good if it was actually hot. Not sure exactly what happened. I ordered the stuffed pizza with a side of roasted potatoes. The pizza was ice cold in the middle, which was weird because I saw them put it through their convection oven. The potatoes were luke warm. Pretty disappointed, I haven’t had Sbarros since I was a kid and now I won’t ever again.

Visited this establishment today and was highly disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas and I believe they rushed out the 2nd pizza just to complete the sale. I would think it required another 5 minutes or so for complete doneness, as it still had an uncooked doughy texture.

Sbarro in the Ashland mall is ok however doesn’t have much of a selection. I recently heard that they offer delivery service but haven’t checked it out yet. The staff at Sbarro is constantly rotating out and they seem less than helpful when trying to customized an order. They also should have a better selection of drinks. Would like to see Keto options.
