I wanted something to eat and do drive through since I had back surgery a week ago. There was one car ahead of me. I took more than 30 minutes to order. I ordered spicy stips meal. Not available. So I got 5 piece original with biscuit and drink. Maybe another 30 minutes to check out. I paid and asked if the biscuit was included. The cashier put a box by the window. Then proceed to take orders at the window inside, after she began filling orders. Seeing my order ready I honked my horn. The man inside looked at me and shrugged his shoulder in dismay. I honked again and she out her finger up. As if to say give her a minute. Maybe after about 20 minutes she handed me my order. I drove home, opened my box with no biscuit. Because of my surgery I didn’t want to go back. I had my own bread. Inside the box was a big black nugget of maybe swing fried over and over Intel it’s burnt. The ended of the chicken strip weren’t edible. The whole thing was disgusting. I will never eat there again.

I came in the evening at 5 PM and I’m sure that my chicken was refried and not fresh. The crust was hard and darker with some looking as if it fell off of both pieces of chicken. I didn’t see this until I got home and was so disappointed as I love Church’s Chicken. I usually go around 12 noon when I know that they’re frying fresh chicken for their lunch customers. I had hoped that they were doing the same for the late afternoon customers. Nope…

I ordered from Uber Eats. 3pc combo with corn on the cob, extra large mac and cheese, extra biscuits. I received no corn, small mac and cheese, large mashed potatoes, rolls instead of biscuits and chicken was cold and stale tasting like it had been sitting out for a long while. Total waste of $$. Uber Eats was no help either.
