Food wasn’t terrible. Wasn’t that great. Worst thing was. 4 orders were called in. (We work in local hospital). Went in. They were nice. She even took the time to tell me she put BBQ sauce in each bag. Well that didn’t happen. Missed a side on my plate. 2 others didn’t get their pecan pie that was ordered and we only got 1 small lil cup of BBQ sauce with 4 orders. Worst part is. There wasn’t a sole in the place. So there was no excuse.

The BBQ was absolutely amazing! Fresh and delicious with very good customer service and hospitality. The dining room was very clean and inviting. I will be back to eat again soon and I also highly recommend Dickey’s BBQ for lunch or dinner.

I came in after work Friday night. They were packed, but the workers were amazing! I walked through the door and was instantly greeted. The people were young and handled the rush like champs. The guy was taking my order while the girl came and cleaned a table off for me.

Today on march 25th I drove by your business. I ate at Bowles bbq in Brookhaven Ms. I spent $35.00 on my meal. This could have been your money. On march 11th at 12:30 lunch time we entered Dickeys bbq to enjoy 2 sliced brisket plates. Young man at the counter greeted us and asked if he could help us. I asked for the 2 plates with the lean brisket not the marble. The manager came over and said that we would have to eat what he served me, which was marble brisket and not sliced. It was just clumps of meat. I told him that I didn’t want that meat. He said it was that or nothing. He was so rude. I asked for the owner’s name. He refused, said I would have to look it up. We have been eating here since it was opened. He threatened to call the police. So we left without eating. Needless to say, I will never return. There are plenty of other bbq places to eat at in Mississippi. This manager is bad for your business. I didn’t get his name but he was rough looking and wore thick glasses. Rude Rude Rude

Food was good, but they always seem to be out of something. In addition, the price is very high:$20 for a two meat plate! Staff was very friendly though. I’d need to see significant price reduction to go back. Considering inflation, these prices aren’t competitive.

i ordered on the app. I picked up the food at the exact time it said it would be ready. my sandwich was good. I asked for onion to be added, but idk if they actually added it or not. it didn’t taste like they did. my fries were extremely cold and one of them tasted almost frozen. the beans were nice and warm, at least. the spicy barbecue sauce is also really good.

First time eating here. Food wasn’t what I expected. Ribs tasted too salty, Mac and cheese came out of a box. Stoffers is much better than Dickey’s. Just saying. Beans were okay. I don’t blame on going back.

The inside is always nasty. This Dickies has never been a high quality one but this past visit definitely showed. The baked beans was not like they are supposed to be. They was onions and beans and that’s it! The pulled pork was nothing but hard pieces and fat. The mac stack was decent if the mac n cheese had been at least warm. I would have taken it back if I had not gotten away already.

Online states that they are open until 9. But they have a very small type out sign next to the door that’s rolled up that says closes at 8 on Wednesday. We did not see that on the way in. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to start taking our order. The lady taking the order was not rude. The older lady was rude. When the first woman asked my husband for it or to go he said for here because who wants to eat bbq in the car. The second woman says we close in 3 minutes. The tone of her voice made it to where I did not want to eat dickies at all. If the lady nicely stated that they close at 8 I would’ve been okay with taking it to go. Long story short. Customer service of lady number two killed it for me.
