Very rude staff and my order was wrong and was refused to make it right, was also told they were out of receipt paper for the register when I paid at the drive thru, and I asked for extra Arby’s sauce and when I finally got my order after having to pull up and wait 15 minutes for my order, I finally received my order after going in and reminding the guy that was at the drive thru and having been told to go back out to my vehicle he would be right out and 10 minutes later I got my order and it was completely cold and there was no Arby’s sauce in the bag when I got home which is only 8 minutes away. When I called the restaurant and filed a complaint with who ever answered the phone I was hung up on and when I called back 5 times my calls were ignored.

Today was my first day going to Arby’s cause I was in a rush and every body else lines was too long. I was starting to get irritated cause there was only one car in front of me, but it was taking longer than it should have. I noticed that the car in front of me was an older gentleman who seemed hard of hearing. Autumn Grace and Shaun whom I assume was the manager or shift lead (he had on a long sleeve button down) were amazing with him. They took time to explain everything and work with him. Arby’s y’all had some great employees on shift today. I will be coming back.

They got my order wrong, but they did make it right. The fries weren’t great. I’m always ringing the bell for their great service. I wasn’t that impressed this time. They’re normally a good place to go, so I’ll give them another chance sometime.
