There’s always something going on in this location, first no type of meat for almost a year, today someone threw up in the dining area so they closed the door for cleaning. I ask myself why did that person throw up? Is the food expired?

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, especially for mobile ordering. Food is never ready on time, items are regularly missing or assembled incorrectly. And on one occasion they just completely “lost” my order in “the system” — do not order here.

So I order from there today through Grubhub. The order came and I ate the first taco and then as I was eating the second one I noticed something orange and mushy in the corner of my bowl. I started raking my brain of what could it possibly have been. I used to work there so I couldn’t think of anything they had that they could of mixed into my food by accident that looked like that. I called and spoke to a manager and she also had no clue so that absolutely DISGUSTED me because I was hoping it was some new ingredient I didn’t know about. Buyer beware! She did give me a full refund but that didn’t settle my disgust.

Extremely understaffed. When I came there were 15 people waiting for online pick ups as the staff was extremely late filling orders. Since they work so fast, food comes very sloppy…VERY SLOPPY…like guac and lettuce will end up everywhere but inside your burrito. More of the fault of management…but still customer experience is garbage.
