Service was good, employee was nice and our order came out quickly. There wasn’t many people there and I would say it was fairly clean except for a few crumbs here and there. The price is very high for the food we are being served. It has increased a lot in the past couple years which is sad for this business. We got 3 meals of wings and things and the cost was 41$!!!

I went in the store to pick-up a DoorDash order. I was greeted when I came through the door. The man at the cash register showed me where to find the order, which was ready and waiting. He asked if I’d like a drink because it was very hot outside. I appreciate the friendly helpfulness and professionalism!

Ordered food on app, paid for my food I had confirmation # I arrived at store they were closing at 8 pm for parking lot work. I arrived at 8:03 pm waited 20 minutes in drive through. I get to the window told my food wasn’t made they were closed waited 10 more minutes for general manager comes to window rudly tells me can only refund my money. They do not offer me free meal later or nothing. Ask 4 times for my name by GM wait another 10 minutes to get refund. I have 45 mins invested for nothing. Horrible lazy people

Legit can’t make a meal- I’ve went to this one many times because I work in chatt. But this store has been sub par service almost every single time I have been there- the meals are put together incorrectly. The food is often not cooked anywhere near fresh and something is always wrong. The staff at this store must’ve come from a Walmart deli.

I think they need more staff. The young man at the counter was very nice ,but overworked as they had him taking in store orders,drive thru orders and handling Door Dash pickups! The poor young man was obviously worn to a frazzle It isn’t fair to puke all that work on one person!

8/21/22 Went back in evening asked for wings to b cooked longer, got blood wings at this location even after asking to b cooked longer. I am getting tired of Zaxbys now. I am about to just STOP going to any of them. Tired of this and then being ignored when asked. It happens more than not. Guess I am going to have to pay more at Heavenly Wings and Papa John’s just so I know I will not get blood

The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was very clean and nice inside and out. The bathrooms were spotless and very nice compared to other “fast food” places. The food was good but not great and the prices are a little more expensive than most places, but definitely not a bad place to grab some food!
