Ordered on the app, the lady that answered the window was very rude. After double checking the order because I’ve had missing items before I saw I was missing a burrito. The girl gave attitude the whole time and made the burrito. They didn’t add guacamole which I paid extra for or even sour cream. Then to make it worse burrito falls apart when opening the foil. Then the guacamole is black and I only get it with the chips for my kids. It doesn’t taste good at all either. I could of made a better one at home. Very disappointing.

We arrived at about 10:45 right as they were opening the doors. Because we had arrived right at open, it was a little crazy as falls were getting things all set up but the staff was all very kind and accommodating.

Food flavor was acceptable, but they only had one type of beans and had to grab a new corn, which seemed frozen, hard and made the burrito extremely cold. Overall, the service execution and sense of urgency behind the counter is poor. Cleanliness is lacking, as open tables had not been cleaned, the floor was dirty and trash was overflowing. Initially, straws and silverware were out, but the staff did refill after being asked. Not all pop at the soda machine was operational. If the workers were any slower, they’d be in reverse: it does not bode well for their professionalism or future as dependable workers.

Food was okay, kind of cold on the rice and chicken. Dining room was disgusting. Like no one had been out there to wipe tables or chairs off for guests to sit and eat in. We ended up taking ours to go.

This Chipotle was very dirty when we arrived and they were not busy. Almost every pan of food looked empty, except the white rice. The mild salsa was more water on the bottom than tomatoes. Beans were dry and crusty. Brown rice, the Cilantro was brown too. 2 managers on duty, plus chef, but one person was left to do the whole burrito. We’ve eaten at a lot of Chipotle’s and this one was not great.

Chipotle used to be one of my favorite restaurants to go to, now i regret going there every time I walk out of this place. I tell myself maybe next time it will be better, nope I’m wrong every time. I still hope it gets better but I don’t know, anytime I go to this location. The service is so terrible that i have an anxiety every time I walk into this location, you never know what your meal is going to be messing.There’s always something empty or staff is just standing there talk to each other and like customers are ghost to them. Only one guy working on the line, casher is nowhere to be found. The food is ok, could be a lot better. Btw the chips are never cooked right here! And the guacamole is always in big chunks.I just want to know why the person in charge of Sioux Falls chipotle not seeing what’s going on here, and why nothing is being done?? This has been going on since they opened, someone please please please do something about the service and the quality of the food!

Place was dirty, every table was a mess, no forks or silverware available, the counter where they prepare food was gross. Just dragged my burrito through all kinds of nasty leftovers. Got a burrito and a bowl, they said the steak for the bowl would he ready in 2 minutes so they went ahead and made the burrito. Cut to TWENTY MINUTES LATER, the bowl is ready. So now half of my food is cold. Zero problem solving skills. Zero self awareness. Zero regard for customers. Not the first time things haven’t went right either. Definitely will not be back.

I was so happy when the Chipotle opened here. Having moved from Kansas City we are not new to Chipotle and ate there frequently. BUT, I’m so disappointed in this Sioux Falls Chipotle. Every time I have gone there the portions are very small. I am not one who likes huge portions when going out to eat. Most restaurants have too big of portions. But this Chipotle is a bit on the ridiculous side. Also, this locations is DIRTY! We didn’t even want to sit inside because all of the open tables were so dirty and the floor was sticky and gross. Come on, Chipotle! You can do better than this.
