We stop in every now and then for lunch. It’s always been pretty good. Not sure if they got a new chef or what though, but my daughter and I had lunch there a few days ago and it was phenomenal! I had a shredded beef taco and chili relleno which was excellent and full of flavor. My 6yr old daughter isn’t into Mexican (besides chips and salsa) so she pretty much just gets cheeseburgers everywhere we go. Gotta say the cheeseburger was amazing also!

This was by far the best service I have had in a long time! If feel like post pandemic the service in most restaurants have gone down hill, mainly due to the lack of employees. We had three different employees check in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need a drink refilled or just to see if we needed anything at all. The staff was super kind and friendly to my 1yr old granddaughter who kept saying “hi” to them. :)The food was fast and great too! I would highly recommend and will be returning!

We have eaten here a handful of times…the food is always consistently good. The refried beans are made properly, and so are the Chile rellanos (I just ask for no sauce on it). The fajitas could use a seasoning and more meat. Customer service is always friendly. Restaurant is clean.

So I visited this restaurant in rathdrum. Had the shredded beef nachos. I couldn’t chew the beef it simply wouldn’t break down. I thought it was the mozzarella cause that happens. Brought it home to eat latter. Same thing couldn’t break the beef down to swallow. So I investigated. And when you pull it apart you can’t. There’s like white strings intertwined in it. It doesn’t pull apart. Like fabric. There is non descriptive fillers in the beef. Your not getting pure beef. The flavor was great. Haven’t had any thing else but I will not be back.

The salsa and enchilada sauce was too watery, they need to thicken it so it will adhere to the food. Shredded beef enchilada was great roast beef but no mexican flavor.

I’m very friendly atmosphere as well as host staff. The food was very authentic, reasonable price and it definitely had that small town feel with locals in and out socializing. Definitely a repeat the visit the next time I’m around the area
