This location is so much better than the Niles location. They always have your food ready to go and waiting on the shelf even when it’s around lunch. I’m impressed with how organized they are. Last time I was in there the worker made sure I had my cup!

I love this place! The food is always great and made to my specifications. I almost always order ahead on the app so, all I have to do is go in and grab my order. I have never had to worry about my order being inaccurate at this location. The staff is always friendly. Would definitely recommend and will most certainly continue eating here!

The only thing bad at this Chipotle is its location. How the parking and entrance is a complete failure. Whoever designed the layout should be fired. I witnessed people parking at McDonald’s and crossing the street to eat here. That should say something

Very good food as always. Just wish they had knives in the dining room to grab. They removed them and just have Forks now. You have to go to the counter and ask for a knife. Just seems a little silly.

This is aboustely disgusting and unacceptable and this is just NASTY ruined so today went got chiptole for lunch and I found a dead bug either fly or Cockroach nasty i didn’t even want anything back in store credit just my money back I don’t ever wanna go back this is nasty and this store needs to be investigated since there are multiple complaints for this store HORRFIC AND NASTY….I wish I could do zero stars

I wish I could give 0 stars! This is not the amount of food $7+ should get you. At least try to make the bowl look full. This has maybe 10 micro pieces of chicken tops. 100% done with chipotle. I’ll stick to hot heads where they actually care about their customers.

We order on a weekly basis and the food, service, and prices are usually good. However, this week the online ordering wasn’t working, there were no veggies ready when we ordered, and our bag of chips was pittiful. Only a quarter of the bag contained chips and they were all broken and in little pieces. We should have ordered from somewhere else tonight.

This Chipotle is terrible. I have never experienced this degree of horrendous service at any other Chipotle for the 10 years I have been a loyal customer and I have lived in 4 different cities across 4 different states. Usually Chipotle gets me more full and satisfied than any other restaurant, but for this place it is the exact opposite.
