I stop here every time I visit Frankenmuth, Michigan it’s kinda like a warmup to having a good time in Frankenmuth. They have great food with daily specials, plenty of options of beer on tap for any taste plus a full bar, very friendly staff, great cooks who makes delicious food, and a wonderful laid back atmosphere suitable for for everyone including families with children. I rate it 10 stars out of 5…awesome place to visit and it will have you coming back again and again.

Spacious bar area, rustic decor, steel tip darts…. What more could you ask for at a saloon. Got the Philly Steak sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious.. the steak was so tender, and very lean cut. So good!

Had the mushroom bacon Swiss burger. Was very good and filling. Pretzel ball appetizers were also good . Food was reasonably quick. Service was very good. Price was normal. Special was stroganoff. Which several in our group ordered. They stated it was good also.

An awful experience tonight for dinner; food was unedible dripping with grease all over my hands and croutons were stale from my salad. Only ate a few bites and sent it back to ask if we could just get a discount so we didn’t pay full price for food we only took a few bites of for it being unedible and they were unwilling to. The comment made to us was “well what did you expect; you all ordered fried food.”

Food was inedible, dripping with grease, we only ate a few bites and sent it back. We asked for just a discount as we hardly ate anything but they were unwilling to do anything for us. Would not try again mostly because of the attitude of the one staff member. Our server was nice.
