This is Hampton Rhodes’ best kept secret. Amazing food with large portions for cheap prices. Great friendly staff and a peaceful, quiet atmosphere. This place was terrific, will be back many times.

Work down the street and we often order food from this location. Good prices, friendly service, and the food is very good. Love that they have a veried menu, to include breakfast. The specials are well worth it. Give this place a try.

Other than the hash browns actually being scallop potatoes, the food was good. I got a ham & spinach omelette. The spinach seemed fresh, ham was a cheap deli ham but decent. Potatoes I got extra crispy, which was not so crispy but well seasoned. I would certainly eat breakfast here again.

The big waitress really smells bad. The owners and other workers have to smell her, so why continue to allow her to work around food? I left before making my order after smelling her. Paradise Pizza you all can’t be that desperate for workers…

I’m part of a small men’s group that meets there every other Monday night. We like it there because the owner(s) allow us to sit after we finish our meal and share the Word and life. The decor is probably late 50’ish, early 60’s. Its a good place to go to get away from all the chain stores. They have a broad menu choice. Portions are quite generous and prices are reasonable. If you leave hungry, its your own fault. They do serve breakfast, and quite frankly it’s good. (Except for the grits). The service is not what you’d get at a chain restaurant. Most nights there is only one waitress, but she hustles. Shes a young HS student who is very likeable and will make sure you get what you ordered. You can’t help but to like her and cut her some slack when it comes to refills. If you’re in a hurry, this is not the place to come to. But if you’re looking for a leisurely dining experience without the hustle & bustle, this is the place to come to. “They’ll leave a light on for you”! Almost forgot, they also have a very good takeout.

Service is always good but menu items are misleading. Steak salad with no steak??? It’s like chipped beef. And I’ve never heard of an order of mozzarella sticks only having 3 sticks.

Solid pizza. The garlic knots are more like pretzel rolls. Not a hit at our party.
