When you hear a grown man tell someone they won’t write the drive through lady up for being rude due to the fact he thought the young child in the drive through was stupid, doesn’t sit well. As for the lady in the drive through, customer service is key, if you don’t understand someone through the intercom it’s not that hard to have them pull through and order at the window so you mess their order up.

Went in to grab lunch, and the service was superb. The shake was so thick (delicious). The bun was a little hard on the side, the fries were fresh and hot. This location has truck parking. It says No dropped trailers, but there were plenty there. This is my second time eating Jack’s, hasn’t disappointed yet.

I asked at the menu board if they had a certain pie, they said yes. I waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes before I got to the window and they tell me they don’t have the flavor. Asked if I wanted the other kind, which I dont eat. I just didn’t want her to struggle on giving my change back. The lie I didn’t want was already in my bag. They had plenty of time to cook more pies. My chicken sandwich was cold too.

My husband came to your location and supper for his family after a long day at work. He ordered 4 number 5combos and a large ice coffee we only received 4 fries and 4 hamburger when there should have been 8. I am calling this location and no one is answering.
