I would rate lower than this ONE STAR. I ordered two large pizzas and it was literally just bread cheese and pepperoni. NO SAUCE!!!! I called the store and was told that it can only be remade. That they only allowed to put a certain amount of sauce on the pizza. I paid for delivery but was told to bring the pizza back and would have to pay for extra pizza sauce … long story short this pizza was dry as hell and I paid damn near $30

Placed order before they opened. Got notification it was out for delivery at 10:40am. Cashier acted like we never placed an order. We ask to speak to the manager and he said driver delivered knocked on our door and called and no one answered. This is a lie we was sitting in our living room waiting. So manager is trying to say they had the pizza cooked and delivered within 10 minutes of opening. Manager lied through his teeth and had to audacity to say we should order again

Update ! Calvin the “assistant” is very rude and has horrible customer. Doesn’t fix the problem and he didn’t make my pizza correctly but argued with me that he did ! Worst Pizza Hut ! But the only one in my area.

My pepperoni pizzas was hot and baked to perfection. I did not wait in the carry out lane and my order was ready when I arrived. When I got home my carry out order was still hot. Positive experience – !

I hope this place shut down the way how they treat there customer and work is beyond me. The can never get the orders right you can’t dine in this is a very bad place to eat. You have to wait 25-46 min or even a hour, just to get your food. There is never anyone who wants to answer the phone. The manger doesn’t know how to do her job she very rude. The manger will even accuse you for “lying to her”. I would not even work there to the worker are very rude and the manger favorites people that don’t know how to work she will over do hour. If you do go there your food will be cold she call you a “liar” or ‘its your fault” when she can’t even do her job who ever she is needs fired.

There’s a reason you have 3 stars as it is. But the audacity for someone to follow up on a complaint and basically say I was lying about having a messed up order is beyond me. This was my first complaint ever at pizza hut. I guess we know the next pizza joint going out of business with this type of management. You already went bankrupt, now your losing more customers.. nice job. If you want good pizza and good service for the same price go to Papa John’s. Never had a problem with them!
