Great place. Walked from where I was staying, put in my order in person, and was out in 15 minutes. When I was there, the dining room was open. Beautiful sculptures. Very good food. The Almond Boneless was one of the best I’ve had. Nice portion. Good price. Glad I stopped in.

Easily the best chinese fopd in Jackson. No buffet means your food is made fresh to order every time. I had the Yen King Chicken and the Princess Chicken and it was so unbelievably good that I forgot to take a picture. On top of this, best tea and the service is always perfect.

We ate our evening meal. Had more then enough to have a whole other meal. Our order was taken quickly and the food was hot and delicious. My husband had the sweet and sour chicken. Nice big chunks of breaded chicken. Breading was very crispy. I had green onion beef. Tender pieces of beef strips on top onion greens. We will definitely return and would recommend it.

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had! We always order online and pick up, I have never had any issues with my orders. I accidentally ordered BBQ chicken instead of beef and now that is my favorite appetizer! I appreciate the quality of food they serve and have never felt that the dishes were too small. I have been eating here once a week for 3 years now, it is consistently delicious!

Best Chinese I’ve eaten anywhere in Michigan! The potstickers and crab rangoon were scrumptious! The Orange Chicken was crisp with amazing zing! The General Tso’s Chicken had just the right heat! I can’t rave enough about this food. Worth every penny ($54 for 2 appetizers and two meals). Service was top tier also!

For more than two decades, I have frequented this establishment. Judy and her dedicated team consistently welcomed me with warm smiles and recalled my preferred order along with my peculiar requests to add sesame seeds and pineapple to my order. The food served here is nothing short of delicious, with the bonus of being customizable to cater to individual preferences for spice levels and dietary restrictions. The menu boasts a splendid array of both enticing specials and beloved classics. In the past, I would bring international students from Albion College to this place to offer them a comforting taste of their homeland. Without fail, they were greeted with open arms and treated with utmost hospitality. Judy even accommodated their requests for specific dishes not listed on the menu. Do not miss the opportunity to savor their delectable crab cheese rangoon, tantalizing Singapore noodles, and the iconic General Tso and Hoisin Chicken dishes. See you soon!

Has been getting more and more expensive which I understand we have inflation but the problem is that Yen King has been getting cheaper on the ingredients like using regular white mushrooms instead of the straw mushrooms they used to use. They used to include hot tea with your meal now they charge for it. They used to give free homemade hot mustard with carry out, now they charge for it. And many dishes are now coming with different cheaper ingredient substitutions than they used to come with. It’s sad to see this happening, at least they should tell customers about the ingredient substitutions or removals. Have gone there for long time but won’t be going back.
