If I could this rating a zero I would. The service is horrible here. I witnessed Manny curse at a customer for asking him how to find the code for her online order. We ordered 15 pizzas online at 9:49 a.m here it is 11:48 a.m and our order isn’t ready yet. He said he don’t have workers, the inside lobby is packed to the door and he was so rude to all the black people. The Spanish guy walked up and got his order with no problem. Manny had us waiting for over 15 minutes then said he never received our order with we had confirmation. So we had to wait longer than expected just for 15 pizzas.

Order 5 pies online gave them 45 minutes till I arrived to pick it up and yet upon arrival they can’t find nun of the food I ordered. Seems like they gave it away and tried to blame the old lady in the back. The cashier said she was going to get her manager and then the manger never came out to address the issue. Granted I don’t by this garbage for myself this was a favor to someone but nun the less you get what you pay for . $5 pizza = $5 service. This location must have open to early with little to no training.

The person who took my order was very rude. He also had me waiting 25mins for 2 pepperoni pizzas, and wouldn’t honor my coupon after explaining and showing him the website was down. On my receipt says his name is Manuel G. A woman happened to still see me in the store and asked me what was my order. She was the real V.i.p.

It was a rainy night so we decided to order pizza. we ran in we ordered with this older gentleman, strong Hispanic accent, he seemed annoyed with the customer before us.Names are given for pick up yet we received somebody else pizza. Ran out into the rain. Got home is not the pizza we ordered. remarkable!

Long line. These kids have zero desire to be working. Long line. Order was supposed to be done 30 mims ago. Airpods on, no gloves, body language can tell that they have zero desire to help. Will def not come back. Place was super full and backed up.
