Order a 2-piece Combo and a pot pie. The pot pie was dried-out and the crust was hard. Realize after getting home receipt was not in the bag. I’ve given the KFC in Orangeburg a couple of chances, but three strikes you are out. I am done with KFC in Orangeburg!!!!!

Paid $40+ for chicken and sides. No biscuits were available so they substituted for another side. That was ok. Had to wait about 15 minutes for the chicken. That was ok also. However, I was brought out the sides and never received the chicken. I tried calling back but the phone was busy. Had to drive back to the establishment to get the chicken. They were locked up for closing but they gave me the chicken. It wasn’t the best experience but they made everything right.

Cashier didn’t know what I ordered, I had to repeat it multiple times. They brought the wrong food out to my car & still couldn’t comprehend what I ordered. I went inside & 1 of the other girls claimed I ordered no onion or pickle on my chicken sandwich (onion doesn’t come on a chicken sandwich) & I had to correct her multiple times before a manager stepped in, took my order & brought me my food. Major training or replacement needs to be done @ this location.

I order the chicken and waffles 2 piece wing and breast. Imagine my amazement when I opened the box to the smallest wing i have ever seen. The wing was the same size of the syrup packs. I paid $8.00 and expected to at least get a normal size chicken
