I never seen a good customer service in anywhere’s in the California specifically in chipotle but this place is amazing since amazing people working here. Her name is maani ( mony) such a great human being . As soon a costumer comes in Welcomed and going wishing have a nice day . Without showing anything on her face when, confused costumers comes and not knowing what to eat but her face is lights up with care and service and helping everyone with happy face even she was only the one on the counter making food take out her gloves back to cash register and wearing her new gloves back to serving a costumer. Chipotle corporation should appreciate these kind of employees .

This is our “home” location and the management is a joke. They don’t have enough staff and ones they do have are so overworked they are cranky, they don’t restock things like utensils, run out of materials…. Like rice or cheese, there is trash on the floors, people get HUGE orders and attempt to feed 3 people off of a single bowl by insisting the staff over-fill the bowls, staff are under trained and I have personally watched them add things that the person in front of me in line didn’t request. They need a new General Manager, Manager, or a new owner because it is horrendously poorly run and I pity the employees.
