Nice and fast. Micholi( I hope i got the name right. He was so personable)..was our server. He was attentive and so kind. He explained the menu and helped us get our card to play games. Checked on the table repeatedly.. I’ll return to this location.. Games n food for two pple was about $70.

We love Dave and Busters and come to the Manhattan and Brooklyn locations often. Food and drinks are good and the games are good. This location sometimes has a broken elevator or escalator, which causes people with child carriages to carry them up/down. Several of the games are missing balls or are broken. Several times the game will stop working after you have already paid and there’s not an easy way to get help. If you ask staff for help with the broken game or getting tokens back, it’s unlikely they can do either. Attached photos of tokens I lost to a game that was working and quit half way through. Additionally, a lot of times people will have their kids in here all night until closing, very jarring to see a newborn out at night between 10pm-2pm in this environment.

Don’t come here for good food or beer. It’s average at best. The line’s hadn’t been cleaned and the draught Bud Light was rancid. I was offered a replacement in a bottle and they wanted to charge me $9 Vs about $3 for the pint and it was their fault. The food order was wrong, partly cold and ok on taste. My son wanted to go here as it’s a favourite in Its only Sunny in Philadelphia. The arcade was good, but honestly eat somewhere else.
