Three times in a row, where either the order took way longer than it needed to be, or just bad service from kids. Idk what else to say. I understand young folks need jobs, and I worked at a pizza spot when I was young, but management and leadership need to do better training and giving folks the tools and support they need.

We waited past the time it said it should be done by 15mins while one of our pizzas were done and the other no where to be found, just to find out they swapped the size of our pizzas. :/ disappointing. Terrible service- they pretend like you’re not there. don’t worry about the wait though, we got a long storytelling about shootings at this building from the workers. Maybe if they weren’t so busy talking about shootings they would have noticed what sizes the pizzas should have been.

Needless to say I ordered at 4:45 pm over the phone to pick up at 6:00 pm. I arrived with my daughter at 5:50 pm to wait 35 minutes for one large pepperoni pizza. Still waiting for the Manager Sky to call me?

Called in an order for pizza and they said 45 minutes however I waited at least another 15 minutes in the store. They seem to be a little short staffed but super courteous employees working. I didn’t mind the way I understand everybody is short on employees so it is how things are going right now. By the way the pizza was delicious and only $12.99.

Okay the food is great…however….the wait time for an uncooked pizza is ridiculously long. Well over half an hour is unnecessary. They had 4 associates working and I think only one had a clue what they were doing, but none of them were rushing at all. Just kind of taking their sweet time. What a joke.
