Cancro Special
Provolone, roast beef and pepperoni. In the summer of ’74, the Pepsi delivery man requested a curious combination of provolone, roast beef, and pepperoni. Peter Cancro’s brother, John, liked the sandwich so much, he gave it the family name and a menu spot of its own.

My kids really love this place, but I had a less than stellar experience. We ordered our sandwiches amidst a flurry of sandwich-making activity, and my 5-year-old acting rather wild. I know that I ordered my cheesesteak bowl without cheese, but she didn’t note it down, and I failed to notice on the read-back. So, I got home to a bowl I couldn’t eat. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, and they said they would remake it. We had already been running late for lunch, so it was about 3:30 when I returned to the restaurant completely famished. The gal at the register took it upon herself to explain that it wasn’t company policy to remake a sandwich when the order was read back in person, but she begrudgingly accepted my bowl to remake it. This was NOT great customer service. Take a cue from Starbucks and just remake the sandwich.

Bread was old and hard. I ordered a brownie and they gave me an old cookie, I understand they might have ran out of brownies but there is a $2 difference between a brownie and 1 old cookie. Horrible.

This Jersey Mike’s in Fallbrook is far the BEST one we’ve been to. We will go to no other. Last Jersey Mike’s we went to was in Vista. I and my wife got a light case of food poisoning from the Vista Jersey Mike’s. YOU WANT BEST YOU GOT THE BEST: JERSEY MIKE’S IN FALLBROOK

Got food poisoning from this location from their cold ham sandwich. Had a high fever, chills, aches and was bed ridden for two days straight. Sent an email to Corporate, received a voicemail instructing me to call some representative. Never called me back after I left a voicemail. Not stepping foot in another Jersey Mike in my life they don’t care about the community or their customers

Not only was my order wrong and not even offered to be remade, I was told what I was saying wasn’t true. The employee, River, had the worst customer sercice for this situation and for a customer that spent $30 on two meals and waiter almost 25 minutes, I’m disappointed.

This location is terrible and I love Jersey Mike’s. The service is horrible they constantly get my super simple order wrong the bread is rarely fresh they are always out of chips and they never answer their phone anymore. Ever since the awesome girl with the blue hair left this location has totally gone downhill and that really bums me out. I know covid has made things hard for business owners but that excuse can only go so far. I really hope they can turn things around asap so I can change my review back to 5 stars
