I thought I did a review in the past but I guess I didn’t so I’m doing it now. I’ve been dealing with this location for awhile now( before and especially DURING Covid) and I NEVER had a bad experience with them, whether I was picking up or having my food delivered and I must say their service is very professional, courteous and friendly, the food is always hot and freshly cooked and the wait time is never overbearing, especially with the delivery orders! Went to Papa John’s last night after work to order two large pineapple and mushroom sausage Pizza they gave me a pepperoni sausage mushroom pizzas instead the last time I had this happen my husband went to get the pizza like 3 years ago and they banded him for their mistake but yet Papa John’s still making mistakes expecting customers to pay for them this is unacceptable very disappointed with Papa John’s customer service

The pizza was flavorless and practically no toppings. I couldn’t find any sausage or Canadian bacon on any slices just one bell pepper slice, one piece of onion and a couple pieces of pineapple on each slice. 24 dollars and change to pick up a pizza with practically no toppings. Little Cesar’s is 11 dollars and plenty of toppings plus it has flavor. My 3d experience with Papa John’s in 3 different cities and they all sucked. Never again.

Ordered 3 Large pizzas and they were done quickly and correctly even though it was a Saturday night, which are very busy! The thin crust was perfect and they were fresh tasting! The female Manager helped me review the pizzas to be sure the order was accurate, since I live 30 minutes from there.

I always order Papa John’s, at least once a week, and it’s always been great, until it wasn’t. Last week, I ordered (as usual) from the app. I ordered garlic sauce with everything, like always. I got NO garlic sauce at all, and where are the peppers? Always love those better pickles . Great service though. Everything was delicious. Tonight I ordered the usual. AGAIN, no garlic sauce and no peppers. From the time the app tracker said, “it’s on its way” it took over an hour to get here. We always get the same thing, meatball papadillia, Philly cheese steak papadillia and 1 order of cheese sticks. So, Tonight it took forever, was cold,no sauces, no peppers. It was NASTY. Even Brandi didn’t want to eat it!! I’m telling y’all, don’t know what’s happening at Papa John’s on North Hills, but they are going down hill fast!! Then, I called the store to speak to the mgs. Her response was, “okay”. I think I will start ordering my pizza from Domino’s maybe?

Pizza was not cooked, sauce was not indicative of that papa johns fresh I know. Toppings were scarce and not evenly distributed on pizza. I’m guessing management has made profit over quality their mantra. Won’t order again. Buyer beware.
