a disgusting experience at this Dominos tonight. i’ve ordered here pretty regularly & usually don’t have problems. tonight, my mother decided to order and we received GUM on our pizza. when bringing the pizza back, there were members of the staff laughing huddled together talking about my mothers pizza with gum…what’s so funny over gum in someones food?!?!

I ordered 2 different order on two different days. Which were pizzas. Unfortunately, both orders were over baked and dried. I recommend the location in Taunton. Unfortunately, the location in Lakeville they have failed me twice. I love dominos just not this location. I Even give this location a second chance and sure be hold it was over cooked to a point were it was dried.

I got a dry pizza that was all dough I asked to talk to the manager Kristen for a refund. She was rude. She acted like a 10.50 refund was coming out of her pay. She PROMISED me it would be put back on my Visa card, but she couldn’t give me a “refund receipt” because of some trouble with the store printers ??? I don`t see the refund on my statement. I have had poor customer service from Kristen in the past. I think Kristen bullies the staff and customers. Kristen is bad for business. The pizza from the Lakeville Dominos has gone downhill over the past few months.
