I was traveling from Memphis and we have a good fried chicken place. However, the customer service, atmosphere and food was delicious. I got my chicken with the hot spice level and it was a challenge but full of great flavor. Highly recommend if you visiting the Nashville area.

We had such a great lunch at the Hattie B’s on Charlotte. The food was hot and obviously fresh and the service was stellar. Went around lunch time on a Friday and the wait was minimal. Plenty of seating and the restaurant was very clean! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get away from the downtown crowd.

This is a first for me. This was the best fried chicken I have ever had in my entire life. I almost never have been able to say that I loved all the food I ordered from a place before. I ordered the small white chicken that was actually very big. It was a chicken breast and whole wing. It came with 2 sides, and I chose red skin potato salad and mac n cheese. The potato salad was really good, and the mac n cheese was just as great. For my chicken, I ordered mild spicy. They have many levels of spicy hot to choose from, or you can get no spice at all. They also let you pick a dipping sauce, and I chose blue cheese. My chicken breast was so big and amazingly juicy. I took half home, and it was still just as delicious reheated. My fiance got a chicken sandwich, which has coleslaw on it. He ordered the hot spice, and he was on . Lol. He was actually sweating. His side was French fries, and he said they were great. Nice and crispy. We liked that they had nugget ice for our pop. It’s the little things 😉 This place was hopping. But even with being so busy, we were able to get through the line pretty fast. Our food was brought to our table once done, and they have to go containers available in front of the counter for your convenience. Had we brought our cooler, we would have ordered extra to take back to WV. This is a Must Stop place. Amazingly delicious food !

First time trying Hattie B’s, cause we’re visiting Nashville from Florida. I got the small white (chicken breast and wing) (medium heat) with baked beans and red skin potato salad, it was incredibly delicious. Medium heat was very spicy, made my nose run, but to me it was perfect. My husband likes hot and spicy food. He got the 3 wings at hot heat and he struggled with eating it, it was extremely spicy. The wings were huge! Food was seriously delicious and fresh and the staff was super friendly. Fried pickles were very good. The lemonade was excellent! I see what all the fuss is about, Hattie B’s is delicious!!

Hattie B’s was everything it’s cracked up to be in my opinion. I had a half chicken hot with a side of potato salad and greens. The food was delicious and priced fairly. The lemonade and the other dishes were delicious. I recommend even though they don’t need a recommendation.

We’ve had our fair share of highly regarded hot chicken but this place easily takes the crown and it’s really no contest. We visited Nashville for a quick vacation and had our eyes set on trying hot chicken from the birthplace. This was by far the best we’ve had. Very happy there’s one a few hours away in Dallas that we can try on Road trips. I can see myself yearning for it again, soon enough

Their chicken is sooooo good! Juicy and packed with flavor that most places can’t even compare to, and heat levels for everyone. All the choices of sides, pair with the chicken perfectly and are super delicious. The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and the music sets a perfect ambiance. The staff and service they provide are top-notch, treating you like you’re just one big family at a picnic. If that family is treated great, that is. LOL! Please, go try Hattie B’s soon. You won’t regret it. Be advised, though, that any of the 3 locations around Nashville will more than likely have a line waiting to get in. This place is just that popular, and dare I say again, awesome in every aspect. Trust me, it’s worth the wait.

I’m glad I waited for a slow day. Usually, there’s a line around the block. They still were 3/4 full but didn’t feel cramped. I sat outside and really enjoyed the spot. Was able to relax and enjoy some good sweet tea and delicious chicken. I got the mild tenders, which still had a little kick. But it’s extremely flavor and juicy!!! I highly recommend yal coming and trying their amazing Nashville hot chicken
