The hostess, Lisa, was extremely rude. She did not want to seat us because she said she needed time to bus tables. There was one unbussed table in the entire restaurant. There was over 30 empty tables and booths. When I pointed this out, Lisa said she did not have waitstaff for those tables. She asked me to wait while she was going to ask her manager what to do. Thank goodness two other young ladies stepped up to the hostess table when she walked away and offered to help us. One young lady named Kristen seated us immediately and served us quickly. When Lisa saw that we were being seated she said “oh I was going to take care of it.” Her demeanor was rude and obnoxious. She should probably just have a job, busing tables and not working with customers as she doesn’t have the right attitude to deal with the public. The food was good. Our service with Kristen was impeccable.

Great dinner this evening! Food & drink was served exactly as ordered. We had appetizers, soup, salad & burgers! Definitely recommend this location! Staff was very friendly & helpful. All around, excellent experience! We will be back & you should 100% try this location when in the area!

We arrived at Outback thinking we were going to have to wait. The parking lot was full, many people were waiting. However, we were lucky enough to get a table immediately ( assuming due to small party size ). We ordered appetizers which were delivered fast. The cocktails, Aussie rum punish, Aussie jawsie were fantastic! The ribeye steak and shrimp combo that I was able to share with my husband was on point! Our waitress, Candice, was kind, consistently checking in our progress and food, and was prompt when something didn’t arrive.

Right off the bat, the staff there was very nice. Our waitress, JoJo, was very sweet, and the manager was very attentive and kind to all she dealt with. The food was ok. My grilled chicken did not have any “grilled” flavor to it, nor any seasoning. It tasted like steamed plain, flavorless chicken. The Mac n cheese is a lovely sight…the seasoning/sauce tasted “store bought” and reminded me of suddenly-salad pasta flavoring. The crumbs on top were just that, not baked or flavored. They were dry and sandy. The baked potato toppings were barely there. The shrimp was great, and my husband loved his bone-in ribeye which was cooked perfectly for him.

We stopped in for lunch and we’re lucky enough to have Candace as our server. She was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered options that we didn’t think of. We will definitely be back and ask for her again.

We ate here Wednesday night for a late dinner, met up with some family to get together. We had the most rude waiter ever. He was a short, half bald, skinny guy who looks like he hasn’t made the best decisions in life. I thought I was at Dick’s, you know the restaurant where they are purposely rude. When I placed my order he said “that’s all you’re eating for dinner?” In a disgusted tone. I asked for the shrimp and he said “I don’t know what you want” and ordered me to open a menu and point to the item.. When I asked if they had apple juice for kids, he replied with “No we don’t” Without telling me what kind of kids drinks they DID have.. at the end we had lots of leftovers and not one “Would you like a box?” Came from our waiter. He DID ask if we’d like desert, and we looked at each other and all said “it’s her birthday so we have cake at home” then that’s when my mom brought up “do you guys do anything for birthdays?” Again, he responded with “NO.” Least to say, I had to leave a $0 tip, which I love leaving great tips and even blessing great waitresses. This guy should find a job he enjoys. Especially if he isn’t familiar with the items at Outback. Food was amazing!!!!

Courtney was a terrific server, the food was perfect, everyone, including the hostess and staff were courteous and friendly. The music was loud enough to cover conversation from another table, but not enough that you gotta yell. Did I mention that the food was good? Yeah, the food is good. They know how to cook a steak right!

What a horrible experience. The server was beyond slow and could care less about anything or anyone. Appetizers came out during the meal. Took forever to get our drinks. Steak was cold and very dry. The dessert was frozen, and she put it in a box and told us to let it thaw for an hour. Definitely not impressed.

Brendan was an absolute professional. Great service! This was one of the best experiences we’ve had- and we’ve had many at this location. Food is consistently great, service is good, and always seems to be well managed in this post-Covid world where every other restaurant is short staffed. I believe the manager’s name was Elsy or Elise (?) and she couldn’t have been any nicer or more accommodating. Kudos to this Outback!
