Stopped for a quick bite while traveling. We were the only customers in the dining room. The food obviously had been made early and held in a heat drawer until we ordered it because there was barely any wait. The curly fries were hot which was the only redeeming factor. I really wish the company would bring back the potato cakes – they were my absolute favorite item on the menu!There are several other choices near this restaurant so we will probably go elsewhere next time we’re in the area.

July 10, 2023. I’ve came to this restaurant twice in 10 days and both times they’ve been out of roast beef. How are you out of roast beef when it’s your main dish? Sounds to me like your employees don’t make enough or they’re too lazy to make more after a certain hour. Please provide better service for your customers.

As soon as we walked in, a bigger built guy was at the register and started out rude. Saying “nowhere to go but up” and sighed…. We were meeting up with family or we would have left right then! After ordering, our family member stepped in to finish with his order. He went to hand out cups and stuck his fingers right down in them to which we requested new cups. Gross! Then because we stopped aside, the guy told our family member “well, they said it was to go” to which we told him, we never said that! Then after waiting for our food, half of it wasn’t even remotely warm. We just finished visiting family and we wanted to just take it home and heat it up ourselves. We went up and asked for a bag. The same rude guy looks at us with this face and goes “what?! You want a garbage bag?”. First off, if you work in food, anyone with common sense would know you’re asking for a bag they give you the food in. We said nooooo… A bag to take this home. Then he raised his voice and sighs really loud and goes “WELL, WHAT SIZE THEN!” I did try to reach out to them. I have them 2 weeks but didn’t receive any type of response. But will not be going back to this location.

Wasn’t able to order in dining room at 8pm. On a motorcycle so I went to drive through to ask if dining room hours are merely a suggestion and was told they didn’t have employees. 2 sitting on front counter, one taking trash out and 2 behind the counter with no customers. I won’t be back to this location again. Rax just got my business.

You have a smart mouth Dark brown hair girl who not only served me cold food but when i ask to please make it right by giving me hot sandwich and hot frys she jerk the food from me then when the order was redon she came to my tabel and got in my face and said here’s your hot fries . the whole crew laughed and she laughed along with them. This was during the day time around lunch time. Ill never eat here again. I have had family and friends who ate there with the same prob cold food disrespectfulness from her and the crew. I now go eles where now with no prob.

Very disappointed. Ordered the Chicken Bacon Swiss combo. I believe that has been the most disappointing thing I’ve ever gotten at Arby’s. It was just warm, very dry and very lacking. Oh, and straws for the drinks would have been helpful.

Very disappointed at the food and the service the chicken was the size of popcorn chicken the beef and cheddar was about the size of a slider as much roast beef what was on the sandwich and overall poor quality very dissatisfied with our whole experience don’t think we’ll be back again
