We had the lamb meat pies and lobster mac & cheese along with some drinks on August 27, 2016 while vacationing from the south. I think the most disappointing item was the lobster mac & cheese, it was more like pasta with a thin heavy cream sauce instead of a traditional thick and creamy mac & cheese, which we were really expecting. We also felt that it needed some more salt that day as it was bland.

Outstanding food. We originally chose a different restaurant, and the half empty venue ignored us for about 10 minutes, so we headed to Psquared, and the result was off the charts. The evenings special was duck and it was served in a mandarin buerre blanc. Just awesome. Fluffy grits to boot.

Fantastic menu and bar in a modern inn, along the Maine coast. We came in 10 minutes before the kitchen closed (not recommended), despite this fact we were sat and fed like any other customer, and boy was the food delicious.
