They made me wait an hour and did not delivered they blocked my number then i called from another number they said they would transfer the call to the manager they hung up aparrently because the deliver driver thinks we did not tip him enough last time and he almost trew tge pizza on the floor it would have been alright if they said from the start that they would not deliver but no they made me wait an hour but never again will i order from this place

They accused me of trying to pay them with a fake $20 bill, apparently all because it was light green instead of dark green. They even had the audacity to crumple my (real) money into a ball and toss it on the ground as some kind of test, and then took it to the back for all the employees to examine. I ended up having to pay with my debit card because they refused to take cash from me. I have absolutely no intentions of visiting this establishment again; I honestly feel like they gave me a hard time simply because I’m not latino or white

Better ingredients, better pizza how?! Saw the commercial and decided to have pizza Friday with the family. The pizza that arrived looked NOTHING like what was advertised. The pizza was mostly crust with the slightest amount of sauce and cheese. The pepperoni pizza had all the toppings on one side. Not sure who made the pizza but I am sure it was a waste of money and “ingredients”. It was not edible. Dominoes can’t cut even slices but atleast its a pizza and it’s edible. Never again John

I ordered online and paid for my order. I entered papa johns and told the worker, ” I ordered online”. I gave the short spanish guy my name and he walked away. He told another guy to help me. I gave the worker my name again. He gave me a HARD WAY TO GO FOR MY ORDER. After going back and forward for my order, he finally gave me my order, and it was FULLY PAID FOR. I got to that same papa johns, on a regular basis. I never had a problem. I’ll probably go to another papa john and inform my friends to switch locations. Unbelievable!!
