The place is authentically decorated and has a casual feel to the place. The wait staff is friendly and checks on you during the meal. The food is excellent. Wendy and I had the chicken and steak fajitas. They provided generous portions and I took a box home.

I’m not a real Mexican food fan however, I enjoy going out with friends to different places to eat. This place was chosen the other evening. What I found very disturbing were the amount of moths meal moths that were flying around, constantly having to be killed. They seem to be attracted, perhaps to my shampoo we assumed. the Fact, is they have a lot of problems with meal moths that are attracted by wheat corn, rice, etc.. They really need to check on all the grain and chips and so forth served to their customers that are not stored correctly!!!!! Will not be returning.

For starters, the service has been A-game!! We all know how awful service has become. Not here. Secondly, the food has been quite good and the portions very large. The house salsa lacks some flavor and kick, but easily remedied with some salt and mixing their off-menu salsa Verde or habenero. Anywho, we go to Maria’s a few times a month. And we love it there. Now that we found here, we’ll be going between both. Solid options.

This is the friendliest attentive restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. If the fajita steak was cut bigger the meat wouldn’t be so chewy and the guacamole was not tasty at all but the beans and rice were really good. I will give this place another chance because the service was impeccable.

My wife and I decided to try Mi Pueblo based on reviews. It was horrible. 2 dinners (shrimp enchiladas) and a beer and small margarita almost $50. Enchiladas were gross. No rice given with meals. No salad. Just yuck.

The food is good and we go here quite often but we won’t be going anymore. Last night, there was a homeless man, sitting by the door, panhandling and then the manager allowed a rather rude woman and child to solicit customers while they were dining! When we complained, he didn’t really seem to care. It’s bad enough that we have to deal with spam calls on our cell phones, but to have someone ask us if we wanted to buy donuts for their church fund raiser while we were eating??? And when we politely declined, the girl wanted to know why and asked us just for a straight out contribution! If management thinks that’s acceptable, they won’t be getting anymore of our business!
