I hate giving bad reviews, but honestly this was the worst Chinese food I have ever had.. the sesame chicken tasted awful. I took 2 bites and tossed it. The dumplings were no better. Tastes like under cooked pizza dough and mystery meat.. I ordered white rice and was given pork fried rice that tasted rancid. It was a waste of $25. I am sorry I really do hate giving a bad review but it was so awful I had too…

The first complaint is they charge a fee if you use a debit card for anything under ten dollars. The second complaint is that I witnessed an employee smoking an electronic cigarette while in the dining room. The wonton soup wasn’t that good, it had a weak flavour and the wontons we’re slightly water logged from being in the soup too long. Now for the good stuff, The staff was very friendly. I ordered steamed dumplings and they were very good.

Crab Rangoon had almost no taste. They also need to clean whatever pan they use for the fried rice. You know that taste when you use a pan for more than one thing and you accidentally burn something but still use it to finish up. That’s exactly what it tasted like.

Food is okay but not great. Only reason I order from here is because it’s close and they deliver. Now the don’t Deliver til after 4pm so I usually drive to a better Chinese place to pick up lunch.

Ordered dinner combo of shrimp with broccoli, asked to add garlic sauce to spice it up a bit. No garlic sauce was added. I found the meal rather bland. Combo came with “fried rice” but it was not normal pork fried rice. It was flavorless. We ordered another meal that was not a combo and added fried rice. This rice was different than what was served in the combo. Make sure you call your order in before you get there. They are rather adamant about not taking orders in person.

Food is sometimes good -but often times very inconsistent. I’m positive I’ve gotten reheated food. Based on how good the food is sometimes, I know these guys can do better. I think they started cutting corners in the last few years and unfortunately it shows. Lack of freshness is a big problem for me. I’m hopeful they’ll get back on their game.

I stopped and picked up a fairly large order of food on 8/6/2022 on my way back home. It smelled good enough on the way home. Boy was I wrong, the smell was the only good thing about it. This is the first time I have ever seen a Chinese restaurant use spaghetti noodles for lo mein noodles. The fried rice was way off, the only thing that was good was the sweet and sour chicken itself. The wontons in the wonton soup were borderline spoiled.

This is the BEST Chinese food I have ever eaten! Raised in Miami 28 years there,a couple years in Atlanta, GA and spent nearly 20 years in Charlotte, NC. I come to this small town just about 12 miles from where my parents grew up in Cumberland, MD. Now in Mountain Maryland, Frostburg, MD. Every place we have gone out to eat has been excellent! Gianni’s, The Princess Restaurant and now, Eastern Express, all on Main St. If you love good food this is the place to be! Their slogan fits perfectly! ” Frostburg” it’s just cooler here! ❤️ ❤️
