I have not visited this location in years because of how badly I was treated one day by the manager for a mistake her crew made. I have visited maybe 7 times in the past 2 months and every single time, something with my order was wrong. The last time I went, I got chicken that was so old it was hard and unable to be chewed. I called and complained because that’s what they tell you to do. When I didn’t hear back, I called the store and the actual store manager told me that, since I called and complained, there was nothing she could do to help me. Then she started lying and telling me that I was a liar just because I was telling her my experience in her restaurant. This lady is ungodly and has been for years. I’m surprised this is how you treat customers, that you blackmail them over the money and the food, and if they complain, your store managers are refusing to help them at all as if they hold some petty grudge because you complained and they had to do things right.
