We represent a unique restaurant concept serviced by chefs behind a beautiful stainless steel counter alongside a vintage Molteni stove.
We serve tasting menus we deem cosmopolitan, inspired by seasonal ingredients together with the charisma of our Executive Chef, rooted in New York City culture.
Our Executive Chef is a veteran of Michelin starred kitchens with over 15 years of experience in fine dining, including The Fat Duck, The Modern, and Momofuku Ko.
The cost of our tasting menu is $198 per guest.
Our wine program focuses on Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Tokaj.

Our experience at Maison Sun was incredible. The space is small and intimate, with an open kitchen where we can watch what’s happening, and chat with the chefs who were so down to earth. Each bite of food was a unique explosion of taste. They were VERY accommodating of my gluten-free diet. The owner was friendly, indulged us in any question we had, and shared stories of his journey to starting this incredible spot. Was so worth the cost.

My dinner experience at Maison Sun was superb. The staff were extremely gracious, kind, and attentive. The food is clearly made with incredible consideration and with top notch ingredients. I enjoyed almost everything on the menu from the canapés right down to the dessert (which we got two of) my preference was the crème brûlée with blood orange and saffron. It was stunning. I also really enjoyed the trout with tarragon. I would’ve like flavors to be a little stronger but the food was just fabulous! Highly recommend if you are looking for an immersive experience full of high quality food served with care and intention. My personal favorite of the night was probably the linguine with vermouth and preserved lemon sauce topped with caviar!

Our time at Maison Sun was indescribable. The magic within this experience is something I hope everyone can know. I joined with a friend and we enjoyed the eight course tasting menu with wine pairings. Every single dish included something so unique but so delicious. I personally have never has such consistently breathtaking food. The atmosphere was crisp and of course elevated but also comforting and welcoming. The whole team does an amazing job of making every moment memorable from the moment you step into the secret location. The interior was so beautiful and perfectly situated for a date or group setting

Maison Sun is the best – amazing food, service, and atmosphere. They are worthy of a Michelin star and I look forward to their rise in the Brooklyn food scene. Every ingredient they serve is fresh, local, and curated. I appreciated the variety of seafood, and creative presentation. Their wine pairings are also lovely, and elevate each dish.

Came here after finding it on Yelp and what an experience! Definitely pricey, but was such a unique experience that I’d recommend to all. We had such a wonderful time and unique experience at Maison Sun. The dining area is so warm and cozy and all the staffs were friendly and attentive. All dishes are high quality, amazingly delicious in its own unique presentation. It was also very informative that Chef Brendan and his crew explained each course which makes it more enjoyable. I love ALL the course and will definitely be back again!!!

Had a wonderful time at Maison Sun! My friend and I didn’t know what to expect and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Everything was on point from the caviar tart appetizer to the main course, each plate was satisfying and absolutely delicious. The service was nothing short of amazing too! The restaurant has great choices in wines but I didn’t want to drink that night. Still, they were able to offer me a non-alcoholic pairing on the fly. It was evident they made an effort to give me a comparable experience with the drinks. And even when I didn’t opt for wine, they still showed me their wine choices as to not leave me out of the experience.

Didn’t know what to expect when dining here at the downtown location, but had a wonderful experience. The setting was intimate with maybe 10 total guests, views were incredible, and the food / wine were fantastic. The owner and the chefs are also very easy to talk to and were very accommodating for our food restrictions. Would definitely recommend for special occasions!
