Excellent food! Very good tamales and one of the few places that makes a good monterrey. Apologies for coming in 15 minutes before closing – we hadn’t realized the Sunday hours. Despite – the service was excellent and was never rushed.

Small restaurant on south side of wichita looks like a lil whole in the wall but clean and it has looks of a restaurant vibe. Inside was nice and had that authentic Mexican vibe and decor. Service was fast and friendly. Had the actual owner wait and serve us which was nice. Suoer friendly and can tell he takes pride in what he does and how he treats others. It was just a lil lunch date for the wife and I while we shop for our Halloween costumes. The wife ended up choosing chicken chimichanga with a side salad and we both shared some chili con queso for an app. I ordered a cactus style carne asada burrito. Hands down best burrito I’ve had in awhile steak was juicy seasoned perfectly the flavors of everything and the sauce and cheese just flowed perfectly. We will be back for sure.

Daniel is so nice and the food is terrific. I love family owned restaurant and this one is a keeper. The margaritas are outstanding and Daniel keeps them flowing. I love the carnitas, enchilada combo with beef chicken cheese and green chili (its red) over the top!. The chimney is great with pork cheese sauce but try it with green chili over the top.

Food tasted pretty good and the waiter did a great job! The only thing was the portion was very small. For 15 bucks there was very little meat on the plate. My son said the same. We both had the carne asada street tacos. Probably won’t be back

Mi amor and I have not experienced to many places we would come back to. Very friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere with a twist of the vibe that hints a night on the town. Food was an amazing delight melt in your mouth with the most tasty blend of flavors. We couldn’t be more pleased to come here and enjoy our day. We will definitely be coming back.

Super cute inside and out and the margaritas are definitely the best I’ve ever had!! I’m from Nebraska and my favorite Mexican place there is playa azul and I tried to love the one here but this is our new favorite place for the best Mexican food in Wichita. Actually it’s the best I’ve had anywhere in Kansas so far so don’t miss out!! And the owner is super nice! Food comes out hot and fresh and fast!
