This is a food truck that offers a few outdoor picnic tables for dining, as well as a small indoor place (2 tables – one accommodates four people; the other two ppl), plus a restroom. Parking for about 4-5 vehicles.

After a workout at Mueller, we really wanted pho. This place had Stellar ratings so we decided to try it out. We weren’t expecting a food truck/ trailer but hey it’s Austin! There’s limiting seating, 2 picnic tables outside, and 2 small tables inside. There’s bench seatings as well but we needed a table for our food.

Delicious food and cute atmosphere! Highly recommend the vermicelli. The food tasted very fresh, and the pork was incredible! The fresh spring rolls with shrimp are also very very good.

Have ordered both take out & dined in. Awesome spot, nice staff & killer food. If you’re a vegetarian I’d highly recommend the vegan pho, it’s my go to. Haven’t had a bad dish yet though. Recently attended the 1 year anniversary party – can’t wait for the next one – had a blast.

The pork vermicelli with egg rolls was very deliciously fresh, crisp, and packed with Vietnamese flavor. The grilled pork are sweet and savory. The real “Easter egg” are the egg rolls, I could eat 6 of them and the surprise thing about those egg rolls. Their meatless. Mushroom egg rolls with everything else to make what an Vietnamese egg rolls has.

Tyson was super nice, we both got a vermicelli bowl with chicken/pork and the pork belly bao buns! The food was delicious, and the hibiscus limeade was divine. My partner was silent the whole meal just savoring the food, “food shouldn’t taste this good” 10/10 will return.

Food truck Pho perfection! Funky little food truck spot with food cooked to order and full of flavor. Enthusiastic service with a smile. We tried the Beef Pho, Fried Banh Mi (OMG) and the Pork Dumplings. Everything was excellent. 5* across the board. Covered outdoor seating is available.

Such a good food truck with quaint picnic-style outdoor seating. Really relaxed spot to enjoy some good food. Vegan pho was really tasty, as were the spring rolls and the lemonade. Really friendly service, made this feel like a true neighborhood gem. My only regret is that it’s hard to sit outside & eat pho when it’s summer in austin… next time, I’d take it to-go or wait for better weather. Regardless, I’ll be back!

This was some of the best Pho I’ve had in Austin, which is saying something. I had the “all the meats” which includes tendon, tripe, meatball, steak, and brisket. It was absolutely excellent, the toppings were fresh, the chili oil was spicy and flavorful. Food was perfect. Service was friendly and fast. The only drawback is that there doesn’t appear to be any outside seating. It was a cold and rainy day when I visited but there’s a good dry awning and the soup was warm and comforting.
