I waited at the drive thru for so long I called into the store to make sure everything was okay. The female who answered the phone was rude. Apparently, their drive thru didn’t register the large truck in front of me. He did say hello several times to get their attention. People behind me got tired of waiting and drove off. The food was really good, but if you drive a big jacked up truck, you should probably order inside .

I love Arby’s, but anytime I order a Ruben it gets messed up, I ask for no sauce I get sauce, or they take away a different topping for the price I want my food prepared correctly!!

When Arby’s put out coupons in the mail and they’re not accepting them or they’re changing what the coupon says it’s worth I want to get the new Wygu burger for free and they tried to give me a roast beef instead of the wygu burger coupon didn’t say anything about won’t go back
