Looks like my food was just thrown in the bowl. They had not cleaned the food area in a while (area too bright for a pic)!and the dining area was gross!! I hope I don’t end up with food poisoning.

This experience wasn’t great. We decided on chipotle because of the new release of the steak veggie fajitas quesadilla from TikTok. When I got my order it had no veggie or vinaigrette which I explicitly ordered. Also my wife’s burrito was really terribly constructed and fell apart completely. This chipotle has disappointed us on 3 separate occasions.

Don’t go there after 845pm even though it says they close at 10 first thing I was asked upon walking in the door the girl putting the chairs on the table if I had an online order, I said no are you still open, yes we close at 10:00 she tells for me they had some really dry looking chicken left and that was about it the whole place was a mess gross-looking everyone was rude. I mean, why stay open till 10:00 if 75% of the menu is not available and what is is dried out by 845

I mobile ordered my meal then picked it up right away, waited till staff wasn’t busy to ask for a side of cheese and sour cream. Was told they would get it for me after they took care of the next customer. I waited while they took and made someone’s order, and completed their transaction. She asked me what my sides were again, i told her and she started making them. Another employee told the girl she has to charge me, even though i already ordered, payed, picked up my food, and waited for them to take care of another customer. The girl didn’t tell me I had to pay, till she was handing them to me. I said i ordered on the app, but the app wouldn’t let me. I said never mind. So she told the girl to put the sides back. It’s more the fact that no one told me and let me wait there for 6 minutes holding my food and waiting. And the lady could have been WAY nicer and with a more respectful tone to a paying customer.

This location was one of the messiest I’ve ever seen. Idk if they were having a rough day and just too busy. But I picked up online order. 3 things and each container was just covered with food and juices and the burrito bowl i ordered was 75% thick clumpy rice, quesadillas had no cheese, both guacamole container were all brown, even the big container were all the sides are was mostly brown nothing seem fresh withing the last couple hours on a saturday. The food area was not wiped down and I even had to order one last minute thing, a burrito and it was just a mess and falling apart.

I adore Chipotle food. Burritos and tacos made in the Mexican style are plentiful there. The options are excellent and fresh. The servers do alter their portions. This restaurant offers online ordering for both takeout and seated dining. The dining room is generally well-kept. Additionally, there is a lot of parking at this plaza. Chipotle offers tasty, quick, and healthy meals.

First time at the restaurant since moving to Massachusetts from Rhode Island. And my personal opinion Is this restaurant Is a hot disgusting mess. I’m standing In line seeing how their countertops Is dirty. A majority of the front workers aren’t using gloves while making the customers their food. They don’t use the “Welcome to Chipotle’s how may I server you today”. One worker didn’t know how to roll my burrito at all like wow. There definitely needs to be more training on neatness, hairnets, gloves cause my burrito had hair In It. So unfortunately I had to throw away my food I just paided $20 for not happy at all.

horrible. easily the worst chipotle i have been to. they mess up AT LEAST one thing on every online order you place here and they also skimp on servings when you order through the app. when you go in they are constantly out of menu items and they do not start preparing more until their supply is completely out. i have spent too much time here waiting on menu items to be prepared and i have wasted too much money on takeout/delivery orders that are blatantly incorrect. go to chelmsford or burlington or literally anywhere else. this one sucks
