Ordered lunch since we received coupons in our Ingleside mail. Reuben didn’t have much meat and tasted all like sauerkraut. The beef brisket was like beef jerky and overpriced. The double beef and cheddar was delicious and the Arby’s melt were a smaller version. Chicken sandwich was a little well done and dry and the fries were just as they always are. I’m giving five stars though because the employees were nice and got our order correct.

Extremely disappointed. My chicken sandwich wasn’t even assembled. Everything was thrown in foil. I got charged for 2 cheese cups, but none was given. Also my beef sandwiches were supposed to have cheddar and they are plain. I will never go there again. This is absolutely unacceptable. 1 mistake is understandable but this is absurd.

I like this location and never had a problem but c’mon I was going to eat this on the way to work, bun is full of flower and onion, after this review was made I went again and they messed up my entire order, try hiring adults, never again at this location

I ordered their hot philly cheesesteak as it looked so good on their menu…it wasnt. The meat was adequately proportional though I was hoping it would contain more meat due to their ad but it didnt. The meat didnt have any flavor but it is so salty. I had high hope for my first time but was let down. Will come back to try out more of their menu to be fair and will update review.
