I gave a 3 star because today I was very disappointed in my order…I ordered 3 party players with certain toppings…I had 4 of the toppings missing when I was setting everything up for our Family get together…I may change my rating if the manager compensates for the missing items. This was my 5th player order from this location and never had a problem on pasts orders.

So I call to put in an order and I’m put on hold. 5 minutes later they just hang up on me. Spend the next 5 minutes trying to call back. They answer the phone, don’t speak (can hear background noise) then push a bunch of buttons and hang up. This happens multiple times. Then I finally get a lady on the phone who answers and asks if I don’t mind holding and I said I already tried holding and they hung up on me. Swear to God she said “my in-store customers come first.”. Are you kidding me? You have any idea how many times I’ve bought sandwiches from this very store? Hundreds of times! I can’t believe this is our new reality. One more place I will never spend $$ at again.

All the great subs you would expect from Larry’s , typically I eat at FL ones and this one didnt fail to meet expectations. Food came out fast for all 4 people in my group. I had the meat ball sub and it was piping hot and fresh. Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza, easy to find. Just a little bit off the highway but much better than any major fast food.

If I could give zero stars I would… besides the extremely small sandwich which was the 8 inch size but couldn’t tell it. The flavor was nasty and the bread tasted horrible as well. Will never come to a Larry’s giant sub restaurant again. Be forewarned… by the way the sandwich was thrown in the garbage and I’m finding somewhere else to eat.. also let it be known that the steak and cheese is microwaved warm which is disgusting.
