Ordered a chicken taco which I’ll give 4/5 as it could have been flavored better. Burrito bowl was a lil spicy but on point otherwise 5/5. This location can be a hit or miss but when they hit I’m satisfied.

Awesome food! The service was not so good. We walked in and we were at the counter while we watched the Chipotle employee clean the food counter. And he cleaned some more. Then he left, disappearing for another few minutes. He made it back to the counter and made our food. We slid over to an empty register with the feeling that we had been ghosted! We waited some more and someone finally appeared at the register and rang up our order. The food was amazing, and maybe they were just having an off day with the service.

We ordered online and waited in the line to pickup our food for over an hour. The problem was that it was taking around 15 minutes for them to give each car their food, which should not be happening. Our pickup time was 1:00 and we got our food around 2:20. Every time we get food from here there is not enough food and they always get our order wrong.

Well. What a huge disappointment. I ordered the bowl of the new chicken al pastor. All was going well, until I saw the amount you get by the server. One spoon serving of the chicken al pastor. When I asked about the amount, which was really small, I asked for a bit more. Shocked to hear that IF I wanted another serving, which is another spoonful, it would HALF THE COST OF THE BOWL PRICE, $9.60 for the bowl, which means $4.80 for it, and the cost then becomes 14.40 plus tax? Are you joking? I know it’s already prepared, but come on… $15 for a bowl of mostly rice, black beans and 2 scoops of meat? I could buy a slab of meat locally and make it all myself, and have PLENTY to share with friends… This is a poorly franchised place. We might be in this horrid economy, but ripping off the consumer is not a good look Chipotle, considering your history of contaminated foods… Go to a REAL Hispanic restaurant, and there are many that serve real food for decent prices. SAD TIMES…

God bless that boy (Phelix?) on the grill last night! I was in a hurry and they ran out of steak at that time and I really wanted it. He said that it will be ready in 2 minutes and it was ready in 2 minutes. It also tasted really good! As he was cooking it, he tried to maintain a conversation with me so I won’t get bored. The other employees were great and cooperating too!
