Terrible service, had to wait over 40 minutes to receive my hot and ready lunch combo because they didn’t have any hot and ready and then forgot to put my pizza in the oven until I stood in the lobby staring at them asking them where my pizza was. Nobody there seems to be over 14 years old including the so called manager. This place is ran as if someone let their middle schooler have a few friends over and told them to make the whole neighborhood lunch, but none of them are capable of doing it. Terribly managed, horrible customer service but I will admit the pizza was good once we finally received it.

Rude crew tonight! Got yelled at that I was allowed to go into the pizza shop! Even though I waited a min in the drive thur! Thought to go in to make it easier! Called and spoke with the manager and she stated that they didn’t say that! Never do a review for poor service but it was messed up!

The service was awesome, great group of people that night. I joined right in when 1 of them yelled back to the cooks. 2 more pretzels then then cashier sad it then I yelled it from my car. We were all laughing as I drove away. Oh yes my food was terrific also.

Got a “hot and ready” pizza. It was ready but it was indeed not hot. Not even in the slightest bit hot and I live 1.1 miles from the shop. Crazy bread was good though.

Got there around 5-530pm, several cars on line for drive-thru (4-5) so i went in. Was planning on getting ready to go cheese or pepperoni. Well none of either was ready, actually there were no sausage either. However i was to the pretzel crust pepperoni was ready, so I opted for that. If you like the overwhelming taste of salt from the first bite to the last, then this is the pizza of your dreams. I myself will never order it again. So since the dinner rush happens on a daily basis I’d say step it up and have more of the ready to go cheese, pepperoni, or sausage pizzas “prepared & ready to go”. The workers were all performing their job in a rushed, paniced way. All of the 3 i seen looked very overwhelmed. Good job to them, but management needs to implement a lil organization and some way to have the basic pizzas on hand ready. Thats the whole point of that program is right?

Everyone was helpful, pointing out deals to save more money. My little boys were throughly entertained watching pizza dough being thrown up in the air and caught by several of the crew, the manager was nice, the lot was clean, the tables and bench seats were clean, and we will definitely be back for seconds 😀

The location on Leland Ave is hit or miss, but lately this place sucks. I just went there a few minutes ago and the front of the parking lot was full waiting on their orders. They should take their sign down that reads hot and ready zone !!
