The service was good during the dinner rush, and the team managed well. I personally didn’t mind waiting a bit for a fresh burger and Cajun fries. Five guys makes a solid burger and for the price to have the burger made exactly how you want and not nickel and dimed for every topping, is refreshing, considering every other fast food place charges for modifications.

Asked for a hamburger. Very clear—and the cashier repeated back. I got a cheeseburger; and was charged for it. Because the order took so long, I said nothing — I didn’t want to wait any more. My wife’s hot dog was ready to go shortly after we sat down — we could see it. But we had to wait until my “hamburger” was ready. And even then the wait continued long after my number should have been called — I had to ask what happened to our order. This used to a great place — not so much anymore. And at $28 for a hot dog, hamburger and one order of fries — who are they kidding?

Amazing burgers, fries and the chocolate shake was great. Didn’t care for the atmosphere, but it’s a family friendly burger joint. Service was fast and friendly!

First & last time at Five Guys. The burger & fries were good…the unsweetened iced tea from their machine was gross (tasted like the flavors from all the other teas combined).

This is the worst Fiveguys I’ve ever tried going to. Today makes the second time I’ve come here only for them to be closed. Due to staffing. Maybe if they got better management they’d be able to retain their staff.

Five guys in general has really gone downhill after the pandemic. The soda machine was gross, its one of those 50+ flavor coke machines so anything you get tastes off i.e. get a standard coke it taste like coke and orange soda. The food was still okay but honestly I probably wont go back again. 2 burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks was a hair over 50 bucks. That price point for fast food is ridiculous and I could’ve sat down at a nicer restaurant like bandits, chilis, finneys, etc… for less, had better food and will be doing that from now on. Also, the automated tipping screen upon checkout is a joke, tries to force you to leave a tip for fast food. With prices that high, for food that cheap, your company should easily be able to pay your employees enough for what they do and your customers shouldnt have to subsidize wages on your behalf.
